Which includes the ear, nose, throat, and most of the head and neck.
They specialize in otology, rhinology, laryngology, allergy, head & neck surgery, facial surgery, plastic & reconstructive surgery.
ENT doctors has clinical competence and detailed knowledge for the medical and surgical management of oto laryngologic disorders in patients of all ages.
They see patients in both as out patient and inpatient capacity were they admitted and looks after them in the hospital. they performs audiology screening and treats patients of all ages and types of hearing loss: the elderly, adults, teenagers, children, and infants Our ENT surgeons treat a very wide range of conditions, These include: ear conditions, nose conditions, throat conditions, head and neck conditions, facial cosmetic surgery.
Ear conditions
- Otosclerosis (a condition of the middle ear that causes hearing loss) and other problems with hearing and deafness
- Otitis media with effusion – a common condition of childhood (also known as glue ear) in which the middle ear becomes blocked with fluid

- Swallowing problems
- Upper airway breathing problems
- Snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea (when breathing stops during sleep)
ENT inpatient Care
- Our team welcomes referrals from all specialty teams within the hospital that require general inpatient input for their patients.
- If teams are unsure whether a problem requires general specialized input or subspecialty input, the General specialty Team are happy to discuss the management of these patients, review them if appropriate, and/or give advice on referral to other specialties as needed
- The General inpatient Team consults on a range of issues including acute illness,
- nutrition, however, we are available to provide general inpatient input into the holistic care of all patients across the hospital irrespective of which specialty they are under.
